- Manage day-to-day affairs of A list artists under the roaster. Advise and negotiate contracts and gig agreements.-Assist in executive production of music from initial concept to completion of entire project-Working closely with booking agents, producers and video directors. Responsible for scheduling tours, artist timelines, itinerary, travel arrangement (flights, accommodation) emails and phone calls- Exploring new sounds and finding new and fresh talents

-Lead marketing campaigns for artists using digital platforms, billboards, radio and tv.-Supervising content creation and execution.

-Plan and execute brand influencer campaigns for clients.-Conduct music rollout campaigns for artists.-Effectively monitor online trends by utilizing the appropriate tools and channels.-Provide production assistance for music video shoots and tv commercials.

-Developing treatments for translating sound into visual representatives to help bring artist vision to fans.-Conduct market research on all trends for the target market. -Create strategies to promote artists, develop advertisements, plan campaigns and partner with bloggers, influencers and media members to share assets across various channels
