I am passionate about empowering people which naturally attracted me to training. Working on 3CX Phone Systems since 2012 on a daily bases enables me to provide training on the official syllabus, and to give real world guidance on the out of norm questions. My experience gained in the various positions within ICTGlobe led me to create a training course.
