Joined Gray Mackenzie in 2009, back then we were operating 6 Spinneys stores in Lebanon. Few years later, the company’s started expanding and two new supermarket concepts were added, Happy Discount Store in and Grab’nGo convenient shops reaching now more than 60 points of sale. The group also expanded its scope of work by entering the distribution, production, media and quick service restaurants business representing multinational f&b in addition to locally developed concepts. Prior to joining GMRL Group, I worked in communications and retail industries in Kuwait for 8 consecutive years between local and multinational companies including DDB Worldwide, Impact BBDO and Alghanim Group of companies. Graduated from USEK business marketing school, I started my career back in 1998 in Beirut with the opening of my own media house.With more than 20 years of work experience, including 16 years in retail; I have a blended background in marketing, advertising, e-tail, retail, business development and acquisition experience. Previous roles in the group include overseeing the marketing functions of Spinneys in Jordan, Qatar and Egypt.
