In this role I provide leadership and ensure the effective management of a successful law practice with an emphasis on finance and marketing. Specializations include negotiating contracts and providing guidance on insurance coverage, real estate, employment, and general enterprise-operations along with counsel on negligence and malpractice. I also serve as the main trial counsel for the firm.I am fortunate to work with an amazing group of attorneys and clients who benefit from our direct approach when assessing their needs and rapidly providing services.A few notable topics I am open to discussing with networking partners include: - Settlement negotiations involving a healthcare facility and representing ousted minority shareholders.- A breach of contract agreement to purchase a health care facility where we demonstrated to the jury that the seller was simply using our client as a stalking horse to inflate the price.- Class-action suit against a prominent real estate company proving negligence in maintenance and construction causing a fire.

It was a full-service commercial business firm with six offices across a range of industries in the public, private, government and nonprofit sectors.A few successes:- Grew the office to 60 attorneys and generated over one million dollars in average annual billings. - Promoted to lead the litigation department and executive committee along with budget responsibility of $20M.
