Co-chairing two New Jersey offices and serving on the merger steering committee enabled me to utilize an “out-of-the-box” approach to doing business and building great relationships.Highlights include:- Successfully represented a real estate owner in litigation involving cellular tower rights. Judgement was reversed, case and a nuisance value was negotiated thus avoiding any appeal.- Achieved a highly favorable settlement at trial for a multimillion-dollar negligence suit regarding the renovation of a historic office building.- Negotiated engineering contracts for international construction projects.
