I have over 30 years experience in design and engineering management, taking projects from feasibility stage through detailed design to construction. I began my career in the UK where I worked on and managed a range of high profile projects, specialising in highways. I then moved overseas working in Europe and the Middle East where I led multi-disciplinary, multi-national teams on a variety of challenging infrastructure projects. I have worked in both consultant and client side roles. As part of my current responsibilities I am overseeing a multi-million euro portfolio of transport, energy, environmental and digital technical assistance projects in the EU's Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF).Through steady career progression in increasingly senior roles I have also become accomplished in business management including client relationship building, bid preparation, strategic planning and financial management. I have taken full responsibility for regional offices and business divisions.
