The Gemeente (Municipality) GooiseMeren is made up of the cities Naarden, Bussum, Muiden en Muiderberg. In this refugee shelter location in Naarden we provide Ukrainian refugees with a place to temporarily call home. Where they can feel safe, and at peace.In my role as Participation Specialist I also have some Coordinating responsibilities: - Coordinating the Handling and Accepting of LOA forms- Coordinating the Safety and Security procedures at the location- Being the branch Privacy-Ambassador- Coordinating the usage and functionality of the IT systemsAs well as:- Supporting my colleagues with their IT problems- Assisting Ukrainians in their integration into the Netherlands- Assisiting Ukrainians with questions regarding basics needs in the Netherlands (medical, educational, logistical questions)- Translating between colleagues and the Ukrainian residents
