•Assigned as DCS operator and performs the following tasks:•Initiates plant start-up and shutdown without compromising safety via Distributed Control System.•Constantly monitors every equipment status and maintaining its operating parameters.•Report and discuss important matters to process engineers and Senior supervisors.•Trouble shooting every upset condition such as bad extraction, high turbidity, high filtration time, high Ni loss and etc.•Strictly implements Standard Operating Procedure without compromising Safety and Operation.•Gather and interpret analysis results from samples as basis for adjustments.•Communicate with other departments (Maintenance, Power Plant, Laboratory and Safety) to ensure smooth quality operation.•Keep track of all equipment issues and history.•Monitor environmental condition (PH, bad odor, gas detectors, and weather conditions).

•Assigned as a field supervisor in ore preparation, HPAL (High Pressure Acid Leaching), CCD (Counter Current Decantation), Pre-Neutralization and Neutralization) and performs the following tasks:•Person in charge of area start-up/shutdown, trouble shooting, and monitoring.•Collects sample to maintain the process parameters and ensure environmental safety. •Conducts equipment Lock Out Lock Out and Verification in both field and MCC.•Constantly monitors the plant’s equipment through visual (discharge/suction/seal water pressure, temperature, discharge flow rate) checks.•Strictly implements Standard Operating Procedure without compromising Safety.•Generate and review TRA (Task Risk Assessment) for every task performed. •Provide and approves permit for equipment outage.
