Leading people to become all they can be is the common theme throughout my career. From serving in the Marine Corps where I rose to the rank of Lt. Colonel to my work in the private sector, my priority has been solid leadership that produces results. I’ve had many good opportunities and feel a responsibility to give back, to help others along the way. That’s why I became a Vistage Chair. I facilitate a peer advisory group of accomplished CEOs, business owners and key executives who learn from each other as they work together to grow their companies. This includes Vistage’s proven Issue Processing model which is a structured, thorough and efficient approach to tackle members’ most pressing challenges and optimize their biggest opportunities. Members push beyond assumptions and get to the real issues, helping them to better understand and evaluate options before making a decision. There are openings in my group.
