Also evaluated Devon’s non-core North Wilkins Field in East Texas 1) to compare current reserve estimates against current reserve bookings; 2) to determine if further development drilling in the Haynesville Formation would be commercially viable and; 3) to aid in the decision whether to sell the field. Also evaluated some 25 existing Cotton Valley completions to determine if existing completions were economically viable.

Evaluated the reserves of approximately 1000 oil and natural gas wells in New Mexico, West Texas, the Arkoma Basin, onshore Louisiana and the Gulf of Mexico on a contract basis. These evaluations determined the respective value of five of the firm’s onshore oil and gas clients for financing and reporting purposes.

Evaluated natural gas reserves in acreage leased by KLT as well as the reserves of adjacent, competitve tracts. My work determined the expected gas reserves to be recovered by each drilling well.

Evaluated reserve potential of the Pemex's Burgos Basin in Northern Mexico to determine whether ExxonMobil should bid toward acquiring the mature and highly depleted fields.

Evaluated oil and natural gas reserves for potential opportunities in several South Texas oil and natural gas fields on the huge King Ranch. Fields included Monte Cristo, East Sarita Deep and Tijerina-Canales-Behr ("TCB)".

Evaluated oil reserves and justified the re-development of the northeast flank of South Pass Block 60 Field through the drilling of six wells in six separate fault blocks. Justified revising the completion procedure to save $500,000 per drilling well. Additionally, justified reserve revisions in South Timbalier Block 37 Field. Both fields are situated in the shelf (relatively shallow water depths) of the Gulf of Mexico.

With a team of four industry professionals, we evaluated oil and gas reserve potential for justifying additional drilling wells and the re-completion and remediation potential of existing wells in South Pass Block 24 Field. The field is located in the Gulf of Mexico some 40 miles south of New Orleans in the Mississppi River delta. Directly resulting from this detailed study, 40 wells were justified and drilled, plus numerous re-completions and well remediations were performed. Significant reserve additions and production increases were realized.

While Segment Leader for Shell's Southwestern Lousiana Division, I was soley responsible for a recompletion program that resulted in increasing oil production at Weeks Island Field from less than 9,000 barrels of oil per day to over 20,000 barrels per day.
