At Foodtec Solutions, I support a POS system that was developed for the restaurant industry, but has unlimited potential. I handle customer requests on a daily basis, and monitor a helpdesk cue of about an average of 400 calls per week in which I resolve close to 80 of the 400 on a weekly basis. It's only been a month and a half, but I have really picked.

I actually was considered "Client Service Engineer", but throughout my career a title is just exactly that. I basically handled the desktop support of an internal office of around 200 employees, and also support our international office via remote. I setup, configured, and trained new hires, and I answered any helpdesk issues in a timely manner. Cambridge.

At MacGray, I basically was the go to person for any technical related issues that effected workflow. I supported around 200+ employees, and many remote sales employees via Sonicwall Vpn connection. As with evey I.T. position I have had throught my 12+ year career, I really enjoyed supporting my end-users and have learned a great deal of hands on.
