I progressed from product management through various leadership positions in Sales and R&D, eventually becoming the CEO. I oversaw the successful integration of acquisitions, notably Zehntner GmbH Testing Instruments, while nurturing a culture of talent acquisition and development. At Proceq AG / Screening Eagle and Gebrüder Loepfe AG / Vandewiele, I led cross-functional teams, emphasizing agile methodologies, adaptive development philosophies, and a relentless focus on time-to-market strategies and business transformation.
