I supervise initial and ongoing investigations for 300+ Adult and Child Services, ensuring optimal case outcomes while maintaining 95%+ compliance with state and federal mandates. In doing so, I develop case plans to establish appropriate permanency goals for children promptly, interviewing clients, and preparing necessary reports for case management.Creating positive solutions with no additional cost to the agency, my efforts increased Social Service Case Managers' visitation compliance rate for parents and children. As a part of my job, I streamline the process for transferring cases from investigations to family preservation, utilizing Trail tracking system to provide efficient delivery of services to families with children at risk of child abuse and neglect. I was also assigned to conduct 2+ inspections on nuclear munitions supply in Whiteman AFB.
