Ralph is a tireless advocate for greater Equity and representation of Asian American artists in American Theater.

Provided R/E financial management for multi-asset portfolio that included clients such as Merrill Lynch, JPM Chase, Goldman Sachs, Invesco, LaSalle Investment Management, and Kolbren Schrieber, to name a few. Served as Regional Finance Director for the NY Tri-State business covering Brokerage, Property Management, Capital Markets, and Project Development Services. Oversaw financial compliance for 18 million sq.ft. of Class A properties.
