Operate, monitor, measure, and attain Data Center's Service Level Commitments.Provide assistance to customers and projects.Support the Help Desk team, answer calls from users, and assist in problem solving of user issues.Work with Windows Server 2003, 2008, and 2012, HP-UX, UNIX, Linux, NetBackup, NetWorker, Avamar, and Microsoft Office applications.Read, comprehend, and put to practical use a wide variety of technical literature and procedures.
