We spend most of our time taking care of our grand daughter, traveling in our RV to link up with her mother who is a businesswoman who travels frequently. In my spare time I garden, landscape, make wines and I paint (oil on canvas) mostly landscapes, when inspired.

- Served as Professor of Military Science, Tuskegee University from 1997 until 1999- Led and managed logistics activites throughout the US Army South's area of responsibility from Central and South America to the Greater and Lesser Antilles. Responsible for managing Army assets and logistics operations in the areas of transportation, mortuary, explosives ordnance, medical support operations, food service, supply distribution, maintenance management, logistics automation systems and logistics command an control. .

- Executive Officer of the 245th Support Battalion, sole support battalion in Panama during the drawdown of forces from Panama. Led the battalion's short term mission of managing and operating a 2500 person Cuban hummanitarian relief camp in Panama in 1994.- Training Division Chief at the US Army Quartermaster School from 1990 until 1993. Managed 40 plus officer and NCO instructors whose mission was to ensure Army workforce training was presented effectively to Soldiers from entry to senior level logisticians.- Selected by the Commanding General, US Army Quartermaster School to lead and manage the subsistence support effort for Joint Task Force Andrew in 1994, providing disaster relief support services at the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew in Miami, Florida- Served as Chief of Installations and Logistics for the National Security Agency, Europe from 1987 until 1990.

- Training Developments Officer/Course Director (Warehousing) in the US Army Quartermaster Center & School - Logistics Company Commander in the Second and Seventh Infantry Divisions. Latter unit won honor of Connelly Award's Best Field Dining Facility in the Army for 1984- Trainer, logistics advisor and staff officer. The years spent as a commander of Soldiers was the most stressful, demanding, enjoyable and beneficial time of my life!

Enlisted Behavioral Science Specialist (MOS-91G). Provided social work services in drug & alcohol rehabilitation, community mental health and corrections. Specialized in marital counseling and financial counseling. As a counselor, group facilitator and record-keeper, I developed a very confident and trustworthy approach in facilitating change and positive growth with Soldiers and their families.
