 Troubleshoots network related issues for their Verizon Wireline Enterprise Circuits.

 Troubleshoots Globe Telecommunications client’s concern with regards to their IPVPN, Domestic/International Leased Line, Direct Internet, ISDN, Frame Relay and MPLS lines.

 Manages subcontractors with regards to Globe Telecoms Facility installations for FCS, CTBC, FMS, Generator Set, FMS, and Indoor Rectifiers. Plans weekly schedules for delivery, installation, and acceptance to achieve the weekly and monthly target that was provided by Globe Telecoms. Trains and supervises installation activity of the subcontractors for the facility equipments in the Globe Cellsites. Inspects sites that were already installed and prepare it for the site acceptance with our Client. Troubleshoot alarms that our subcontractors encounter for all of the facility equipments including the problems that they encounter regarding their installation. Responsible for the delivery of facility equipments from Huawei Warehouse to the respective Globe sites. Organizes the site allocation for the subcontractors including the payment process.

 Optimizes wifi coverage for Smart Cell sites in Metro Manila areas by tilting and panning the Access Point to achieve the farthest distance that the signal can achieve. Tests functionality of the wifi signal by speed, latency, jitter, fast ping, network entry, and download/upload speed through file transfer in b/g/n/a wireless modes. Troubleshoot, fix or replace defective Access Points, Switches, Power over Ethernet, and other accessory materials. Configure switch and access point settings by software updates to optimize the coverage and increase the availability/reliability of the network. Integrate switches in the respective sites to the transmission and ensure that it is also integrated to the Network Operating Center (NOC) of Smart Communications. Assist in the installation of the wifi equipments including power tapping and laying of cables inside the radio room.  Rectify punchlists that Smart FO will request for the site acceptance. Visits sites and prepare it for installation and functionality test.
