(2 FTE) (Reporting to AVP Director manufacturing Western Europe)Responsible for:• Lead the development and execution of short-, mid term Business Control plans, (Define KPI’s, Production variance/ waste calculations -> Process improvements for own production facilities)• Lead and maintain direct responsibility for financial planning, accounting, reporting and analysis functions in the Netherlands which includes production plants in 4 countries.• Transition of financial activities related to Production at Co-Packers from Ireland to the Netherlands (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory, etc.).• Transition/Set-up of Financial activities related to VAT, Intrastat and other financial activities related to Brown Forman Netherlands.• Cost price calculation for all products produced in Western Europe.• responsible for the Annual Budget preparation

Leading a team of 12 FTE (Reporting to VP Service Operations Europe) , Member of the MTResponsible for • Lead and manage the full planning & control cycle, from strategic plan to budgeting and forecasting • Responsible for the Business & Financial control activities of the european entities• Controlling Entities in the Countries Benelux (incl. EDC controller / European Cost Accountant / European Inventory Controller(Reporting to the European supply chain finance director)Member of the FSSC MT and member of the EDC MTResponsible for:• P&C cycle - AO/IC for the European Distribution Centre in Born.• Set-up and monitor EDC Budget• Review monthly EDC P&L, provide variance analysis and propose cost saving Opportunities.• Budget cycle (preparation/follow up)• Set up and maintenance of the European standard cost prices.• Review investment proposals• Inventory related controls / audits (1 inventory analyst)• Inventory and costing related reconciliations incl. reserve calculations (OCOS).• Maintenance & control SOX procedures for inventory and standard costing (AO/IC).• Implementation of Movex M3 related to inventory, standard cost and OCOS balance sheet accounts and EDC P&L accounts

EMEA Inventory Controller (reporting to the WW controller)Business Unit Global Service Logistics (GSL)Responsible for • Correct accounting and reporting of the spare parts inventory performed by the FSSC UK/Peachtree Finance/Bangalore department (9 FTE's) • GSL financial inventory in the EMEA Region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) for all NCR owned and consigned stock ($250mln).• Process improvements related to the Spare parts inventory/processes (1 analyst).• Design and implementation web based authorisation/control of non ERP processes• EMEA GSL SOX Implementation and Management Auditing• Financial inventory audits in EMEA (6 heads on a part time basis). • Implementation/validation of Oracle 10.7 In Transit.• Implementation/validation of inventory related data-warehouse modules.• Foreign VAT declarations (Germany, Belgium).• Development KPI measures for outsourced AP department.

• Implementation/validation of SAP R/3 (FI/CO)• Preparation and follow up of Budgets • Monthly review financial figures (BS and P&L)• Analysis of investment decisions of a new production line (Investment $30 million)• Owner of the insurance package (Company and Employee related)• Advise the Purchasing and the Salary administration as these functions are part of the finance department• Preparation annual accounts.• Ad hoc financial analysis
