I’ll bring with me over 28 years of experience in IT security and cybersecurity from continuously changing roles, facing new challenges, incoming new demands and changing organizational assignments. My strengths are creativity, analytical and strategic thinking, empathy, customer focus, ability to work under pressure and entrepreneurial thinking.In my professional career so far, I have always – independent from my career level – worked in an advisor / consultant role, enabling my customers, my managers, my team members, and my peers to get the best out of my work for the company and for each single one. For my team members my special focus is to enable them to grow. An ideal team setup from my perspective is a mix of different cultures working jointly on projects, tasks and challenges. I have established and maintained trustful exchange with customers and peers across industries in Cybersecurity space, to collaborate on jointly finding solutions and aligning on the most important priorities in the Cybersecurity space and strategies definition.
