As solution designer our team was responsible for tailoring the SAP FS-ICM standard solution to the requirements of Württembergische Versicherung. Focused on but not limited to its health insurance line of business and overall architecture we transformed their business processes and technology platforms to utilize standard SAP commission calculation components. By embedding the new solution into the existing IT landscape utilizing generic tools we've secured their investment into a scalable and long term performing new distribution service platform.

Responsible for quality assurance, business requirement analysis, implementation process improvement, knowledge transfer and training for the implementation of SAP’s incentive and commission management (ICM) solution.  Initial go-live in October 2010  Implementation partner for subsequent phases since 07/2011 with go-lives in 2011, 2012 and 2013

Responsible for business blueprint, design and implementation of the SAP Incentive and Commission solution and the SAP Licensing & Appointment (Credentialing) solution.  Go-live in September 2009 and January 2010.

Consultant, team lead and key designer responsible for analysis and creation of business blueprint and implementation of the SAP FS-ICM solution at MassMutual Financial Group.  Team lead of 15 to evaluate FS-ICM as the solution for requirements of 7 lines of businesses and to identify business benefits by implementing FS-ICM.  Responsible for design and implementation of the FS-ICM solution.  Responsible for design and implementation of interfaces between FS-ICM and policy administration systems.  Responsible for connection of FS-ICM to subsequent settling systems like FS-CD, FI and HR.  Training of the project team, various business user groups as well as the management.  Several phases, go-live in 2007, 2008 and 2009

As founder and owner of Syntac GmbH, Cologne, Germany I worked on implementing Microsoft server based networks. Services offered ranged from designing top-notch network topologies, implementing such (structured cabeling), hardware selection and setup to implementing the Microsoft Server components such as MS Exchange, MS Proxy (Firewalls), MS File servers, UNIX and Mac integration, Cisco routers and switches.

Responsible for implementation of requirements of the North American market in regards to Commission Management System FS-CS in Release ERP 2003/ICM3.00.  Developing lead for new functionality ‘actual commission’ and in these terms its integration into collection and disbursement solution FS-CD and policy management solution FS-PM. Participating in design and implementation of corresponding code.  Member of the development team for new ‚settlement scheduling’ functionality. Participating in design, implementation and test.Member of SAP FS-CS/ICM OSS (Online Support System) teams with focus error handlingin commission case process.Obtained a patent for the software developed during this time.
