Contributed to securing key retail customer accounts (including Countdown, Micheal Hill, Aelia Duty Free) and partnerships (including with Auckland, Christchurch and Queenstown International Airports, Skyzer Technologies / Ingencio and Verifone terminal providers). Transaction value grew 35x over this period.

Software as a Service business focused on supporting the online activities of the accommodation providers. During the period as Chairman, I helped the company with a range of strategic projects, as well as overseeing the board. Projects included:• Capital raising through a rights issue• The successful exit of initial angel investors for greater than 3x returns on their investment • Employment of key personnel including a CEO to transition from the founder / owner model• Annual growth in revenues over 5 times what was being achieved previously.

Part time role assisting the company with a range of actvities including funding and commercialistaion of technology. Funding was secured from US and NZ government agencies and commercial partnerships. Subsequenlty assisted in developing the investment pitch which secured investment to allow the company to pursue its small satellite launch project.
