I am the Talent Acquisition Manager at Winchester Ammunition's Lake City Army Ammunition Plant. I get the opportunity to recruit the best and greatest individuals here at our facility. Our mission here is very dynamic and important. We are the largest small caliber ammunition producer in the world and the government is one of our primary customers. I get to continue my mission of defending our great nation by hiring skilled candidates to ensure we are producing the goods to supply the War Fighter. I am a dynamic, high-achieving leader and 20-year military veteran with extensive experience in planning, developing, and directing areas of Human Resources and Operations. The majority of my experience in HR has been Talent Acquisition. I have a large depth of knowledge in regard to finding the appropriate candidates for hiring managers. In my current role, I am responsible for the full cycle recruitment of our salaried staff.
