• Responsible for leading the implementation process for the Jenzabar Recruitment Manager system. • Work with clients in the interpretation and definition of their institutional requirements in order to maximize their use of the Jenzabar software. • Provide second tier support for active issues• Assist in remote and on-site sessions with prospective clients• Perform operational assessments for install base clients providing and outlining recommendations for improved training and enhancements• Aide in follow up calls with Regional Sales Managers to improve client satisfaction among active client base• Assist users in the setup and training requirements of Jenzabar Recruitment Manager and related products.• Perform customizations and configuration updates for clients as needed• Work with other members of the Jenzabar team to define a potential custom solution to meet the customer's business needs.• Provide feedback as to the feasibility of particular enhancements and recommendations in regards to using the Jenzabar software. • Assist in scoping add on work and assist in development of services proposals.
