My responsibilities include working as a team with my fellow employees, talking with costumers making sure that their experience is the best possible one, and to think a couple steps ahead of what I need to be doing.

I worked on multiple crew when I worked for Benchmark. I worked on the relining crew cleaning the manholes out, getting the water out, and relining them. I also worked on the water crew installing water pipes on the busy street in Chicago. I had to run different machines, flag traffic, and work as the top man for the guy in the hole making sure that I had the next thing ready for him.

It is my family owned company and we did a lot of sewer and water projects. Also we did curbs, sidewalks and flat work. I helped run these jobs and made sure that everything was ready on the job site so the workers had everything they needed. I did every job that was possible from the top or bottom man to running the machines to going to bid meetings.
