Applied as a barista year 2019 month of December to pursue a career as OFW abroad, in less than a year I gain achievements in span of 3 months under probationary being awardee of Starbucks Bravo! Award for exceeding expectations by showing interest and leadership doing other task beyond the job role as barista. thru out the year gaining knowledge and skill sets I begin to step up my career and start attending trainings like Starbucks Coffee Masters Program (in-depth coffee knowledge and delivering world class coffee) then after a year started to work as Shift In-charge handling store with less supervision from store manager, support training to new leaders and became a Certified Shift Supervisor in year 2020 month of November.
