 Manage QA team: by hiring, development, appraising performance, promoting, and disciplining of QA staff in support of Plasma Fractionation operations in NFF/NFB Review batch records and all associated documentation from Pooling & Plasma Fractionation for compliance with cGMP’s and Grifols quality standards.  Perform SAP transactions to ensure timely.

• Perform audits of internal entities as well as External Suppliers and Service Providers that fall within the scope of the US Market Supply Local Operating Company (LOC)
• Oversight for Self-Inspections conducted by any department or group for which the LOC Quality group has been assigned ownership of the associated Quality Management System function
• Quality Management System (QMS) champion for the LOC with responsibility for ensuring changes to the QMS documents are communicated to the appropriate owners so they can assess the need for changes to any relevant.

• Review batch records and all associated documentation from Third Party Contractors
• Perform SAP transactions as needed
• Complete projects and duties assigned by Management.
• Interact with Planning, Contract Manufacturers and Packagers, Distribution, and other relevant departments to resolve issues with the potential to negatively impact schedules and to ensure timely release of product.
• Initiate Change Controls on behalf of the Contract Quality Managers in the Sterile Value Stream

• Review manufacturing batch records and all associated documentation
• Perform SAP transactions as needed
• Coordinate daily activities of operators
• Ensure schedule attainment
• Inspect and approve the cleaning of process rooms/equipment

Responsible for all activities associated with the granulation of products within the solvent granulation area in Zebulon.

• Review all manufacturing batch records.
• Review equipment/room cleaning and usage logs.
• Conduct GMP training for manufacturing.
• Conduct GMP audits of the manufacturing area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Manufacturing.
