Initially design/artwork and platemaking in the early years, then as the company grew from 6 to 30 staff,progressing to manager/art director In charge of general production, supporting the reps with customer liason in London, controlling design and finished artwork and platemaking for press, scheduling presses and press passing.Took over the ISO Quality Control Managers job for a while producing corrective actions.
