I provide closed captioning services for the Hearing Impaired. As a Mentoring Assistant I coach and train new and current Captioning Agents on captioning skills.

Karla and I were transferred from serving as Member and Leader Support Missionaries in Deming, New Mexico and now serve in the mission office in Tucson, Arizona. We process, keep track of, and support the work of 180 young missionaries. We work directly with the Mission President and perform other duties as assigned. We are falling in love with Tucson. It is a beautiful city. We love what we are doing. "....I am a disciple of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. I have been called of Him to declare His word among His people, that they might have everlasting life." 3Ne5:13.

Karla and I will be serving a 23 month mission as a volunteer Senior Missionary couple for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. We have left our work behind us to do this important work for God. Its our time and turn to give back to God for our many blessings by serving His children. We enter the Missionary Training Center in Provo on Monday February 6th to begin our service.

I was the Executive Assistant to the CEO of this Critical Access Hospital. In addition to support duties to the CEO, I was the secretary for the Hospital Board of Directors. I was in charge of the monthly agendas and minutes for Board meetings. I also served as the director of the Bingham Healthcare Foundation helping to raise funds and awareness. I also supported other C-Level executives in the Executive Suite as requested and needed.

Under the direction of the CEO and COO of the hospital, I directed the creation, set up, growth, and daily operations of the Rural Health Clinics. During my tenure at the hospital the hospital owned clinics grew from 3 employees to over 100 with multiple specialty clinics in various cities throughout Eastern Idaho. I was directly responsible for the daily operations of 25 specialty visiting physicians, surgeons, and mid level providers and their staff.
