Managed and maintained all systems. Accounting system conversion and setup during the acquisition of new or existing collision repair shops. Mapping chart of accounts to an internal standard. Installed and managed all estimating systems such as CCC-One and Audatex. Installed windows workstations, servers, cabling and network devices at all locations. Installed a BBS system pre-internet years for financial data transmission and consolidation. Developed and designed a data consolidation program to map COA to a standard COA for financial data presentation. This program extracted and compiled financial data from dis-similar systems and mapped the COA into a standardized COA; thereby allowing the finance team to produce daily operating reports to support decision making by the management team.
