Accountable for the redevelopment of Broad Street Mall in Reading, with Artez Interiors.• Responsible for the project design, delivery and managing of site-based activity safely and to expected standards.• Managing sub contractors and signing off works• Ensure works are completed in accordance with design information• Procurement of standard materials from approved suppliers• Ensure works are completed in line with programme• Ensure all activities on site are in line with health and safety procedures• Planning, forecasting and financially controlling

• Responsible for identifying the training requirements across the business as a whole, ensuring the appropriate solutions and programmes are implemented and delivered to all employees• Developing internal training programmes to build the Ground Operations Team's to a professional and highly skilled unit in all business areas• Developing set measurements to display how the training is effective, and consistently managing the delivery of all programmes• Selecting external and internal training partners to deliver training across the whole organisation• Being an exemplary coach & mentor to employees
