Chemist in the QC department at the Saegertown, PA production facility. Became expert in color measurement, formulation and adjustment. Used that knowledge to develop new colors of existing product lines. Systematically removed lead based pigments from all industrial coatings. Solved all color problems that arose in production. Previous to this experience, served as the Raw Material Chemist in QC department responsible for incoming evaluation, and alternate source evaluations.
