2023 - Ongoing: Santos – Barossa DPD project: seconded to Santos Darwin Pipeline Duplication (DPD) pipeline construction team. Tasks include review and approval of installation plans, procedures and analyses and preparations for offshore construction. 2022 - 2023: Santos - Barossa Project: project engineer liaising between the Worley pipeline design team and the Santos pipeline construction team. Taks include review and updating of various pipeline construction specifications and scopes of work and perform reviews of pre-qualification and tender submissions.2019 - 2022: Woodside - Scarborough Project: Developing Pipeline Repair and IMMR Plans and determining RBI requirements and Condition Monitoring Envelopes for the Scarborough Export Trunkline.Jan 2021 - May 2021: Chevron - Gorgon Stage 2 Project: Working offshore on the pipeline installation vessel as a nightshift field engineer.2018 - 2020: ConocoPhillips - Barossa Project: Interfacing between the Worley design team and the FPSO design subcontractor. Construction engineer working on the export pipeline and infield pipelines scopes and preparing construction specifications and scopes of work as part of the pipelay tender packages.

Developed and maintaining Pump 'n Pipelines, a software tool for accurately estimating suction and discharge production for any dredging or mining equipment that hydraulically transports soil-like materials. Developer of QACheck software which is a tool for checking, interpreting and visualizing vessel data logger files with the purpose of reducing the workload for the field engineer offshore who normally caries out this task. This tool was further developed and is superseded by the Engineering Performance Review (EPR) tool that includes the original QAcheck purpose and functionality, but has been extended with additional features.

Working in the GWF-2 pipeline construction team as Client Senior Representative (CSR) during the (onshore) double jointing campaign at the McDermott yard in Batam (Indonesia). After completion of double joints fabrication, transitioned into a CSR role on the DLV2000 pipelay vessel during the offshore pipeline installation campaign.

Principal engineer on retrofit and pre-commissioning projects for Woodside. Provided pipeline construction support to the Greatern Western Flank - II project team.

Client Senior Representative on the Chevron-Wheatstone project, managing the offshore Client teams on the DP pipelay vessels "Solitaire", "Audacia" and the anchored pipelay barge "Togmor". Installation activities included the export and infield pipelines, in-line tees, pipeline end terminations (PLET) and the nearshore export pipeline and above water tie-in.

Worked on the Chevron-Gorgon project, starting in an office based project engineering role and moving into a Client Senior Representative (CSR) role during the construction campaign on the DP pipelay vessels "Lorelay" and "Solitaire". Installation activities included all export and infield pipelines and pipeline associated subsea structures.

Short term assignments to the Inpex-Ichthys, Woodside-Browse and Apache-Julimar projects, providing project engineering support.

Embedded in the Woodside-Pluto pipeline construction team. During this project I developed software for analysing pipeline stability and a model for simulating pipehaul logistics that delivered multi million dollar savings during project execution. I spent 8 months on the DP vessel "Audacia" as a senior client representative, installing export and infield pipelines, in-line tees, adjustable pipe supports (APS) and pipeline end terminations (PLET).

Started as an installation engineer working on various pipelay projects, preparing installation analyses and procedures and working as a field engineer on DP pipelay and rock dumping vessels, survey vessels, DSVs, etc.Later worked in various other roles including working for the proposals department and coordinating conceptual design work with pipeline design consultants on location in the UK and Kuala Lumpur. Engineering activities included preparing in-house Engineering Critical Assessments (ECA’s) for pipeline weld defects during the transition period from PD6493 to BS7910 and coordinating third party engineering studies and engineering software development.
