As Program Manager for our Government Services, I oversee Delivery and Strategy for State, Local, Education (SLED) and Federal (FED) accounts. This includes the 2 largest accounts in our portfolio. -Lead the development and oversight of our delivery lifecycle, overseeing recruiting initiatives, resource allocation, and overall delivery strategy for a portfolio of projects and accounts nationwide, with a focus on IT-related areas. Serving dual roles as a Program Manager and Lead Delivery Stakeholder, I collaborate closely with the proposals team, Sales Leads, and internal Corporate Stakeholders. My responsibilities encompass identifying critical success areas and developing winning strategies. This involves in-depth consideration of pricing (PWin and PTW), feasibility, ROI, and various metrics to ensure a comprehensive and competitive approach.-Responsible for communication with our partners from large Fortune 500 enterprise companies to small businesses. As the Government Delivery Manager I oversaw State, Local, Education (SLED) and Federal (FED) accounts including both Civilian and DoD agencies. Responsible for coordinating and guiding recruiting efforts and overall delivery strategy across account locations nationwide in: IT, Finance/Accounting, Medical and Life Sciences industries. -Manage a team of 4 full time Government Recruiters, 7 offshore recruiters, and up to 6+ ad hoc recruiters for projects and go-lives. I manage recruiting performance and direction, candidate experience, and client engagement. -Head of Delivery for projects with our clients and various State Governments acting as the Capture Manager. This includes staffing, resource allocation, planning, executing deliverables, contractor retention, and budget allocation.-Lead for DoD end client staffing for our clients, including recruitment and staffing of cleared individuals at various DoD locations. Responsible for communication with our partners from large Fortune 500 enterprise companies to small businesses. Integral in business development and project success for end clients including both civilian agencies and the military.-Subject Matter Expert on end client Government requirements; working with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects and staffing needs.-Internal resource for HR governance and compliance for Government sector contractors.-Onboarding POC for all of our Government end client contractors including: Cleared contractors, third-party placements, and VMS specific programs. Successfully led the onboarding of over 2,000 contractors working as Contact Tracers over the course of 2020 and the COVID-19 Pandemic. I also serve as the Deputy FSO for all of our Contractors who require a clearance up to TS/SCI.
