Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance.• Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area, ensure shipments and inventory transactions’ accuracy & Order new supplies in a timely manner and make suggestions for productivity improvements, ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained, Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.• Maintain cleanliness (5s) and consistently implementing Good Manufacturing Practices, Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015• Coordination of the development, update and further development of standard QM documents: QMS procedure, template forms, work instructions, and other operative documents.

• Managing production lines to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. • Ensure to meet the daily production standard yield. • Preparing and maintaining all production reports to the production manager. • Ensuring all quality dispositions are done with the product on a daily basis. • Analyzing production process, quality control, and maintenance problems and make a recommendation for corrective actions on a timely basis. • Always recommend continuous improvement on the line process for higher efficiency and productivity. • Troubleshooting machines and problem solve with other teams. • Ensure the daily inventory is executed and validated to prevent variance on production materials. • Conduct a Time and Motion study on the process line to set a standard output to control performance and reducing unnecessary steps in a process. • Maintain cleanliness (5s) and consistently implementing Good Manufacturing Practices. • Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 and HACCP. • Analyses and answers CAPAR form using Root Cause Analysis, 8D Approach or Cause and Effect Diagram.

• Managing production lines to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. • Hourly monitoring on the AOI and X-ray Machine that have quality issues on the SMT run. (e.g. Misalignment, Missing Parts, Tombstone, Bridging, Fillet, Solder Ball, Insufficient solder, Polarity Reversed, Wrong orientation on IC and Wrong Part). • Providing all the production needs (Work instructions, Raw materials, Tools, Jigs & all Equipment’s should be available) • Ensure to sustain and improve the efficiency of the production lines by conducting Time Study on the process line. • Strictly monitoring the production run for assurance of quality and giving work instructions before starting the run for quality checking. • Consistently implementing the 7S to address safety by making workplace neater and more orderly. • Analyses and answers CAR form using Root Cause Analysis, 8D Approach or Cause and Effect Diagram. • Helps on troubleshooting and operates Panasonic - SMT machines.

• To manage and prioritize all production processes, safety, monthly inventories and implement all production plans. • Supervise all the personnel (Manpower Planning) and validating their work results. • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements. • Maintain cleanliness (5s) and consistently implementing Good Manufacturing Practices. • Gathering all the data accurately and all the reports to ensure to maintain or improve the production line's efficiency. • Helps troubleshoot on machines and problem solve with other teams. • Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 and HACCP. • Analyses and answers CAPAR form using Root Cause Analysis, Cause, and Effect Diagram.
