Experienced in complex litigation, investigations, and supervision of litigation, including:• Conducting and supervision of multimillion-dollar investigations and litigation on behalf of private clients, including individuals, corporations, and financial regulators.• Representation of members of the foreign affairs and intelligence communities in administrative, Inspector General, and criminal matters.• Counsel to securities brokerages, investment banking firms, and individuals in disciplinary matters, securities arbitration, and preparation of supervisory procedures. • Service as counsel to the United States Delegation to the United States General Assembly and as associate representative of the United States in the International Court of Justice (EMRO case). • Service as counsel for Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in securities-related investigations and litigation and in bankruptcy litigation. • Conduct of high-profile investigations and serving as lead counsel in criminal trials, including civil rights and political corruption prosecutions for the U.S. Department of Justice.• Supervision of investigations and litigation worldwide for the U.S. Department of State.
