Duarte began his career with IBM as a industry marketing specialist to the real estate, insurance and finance industry and subsequently developing one of the more widely used real estate management systems that is still in use worldwide. For the past 12 years, Duarte has assisted numerous investors and organizations with strategic planning and transaction execution to achieve their investment objectives. He was accepted as a designee member in the CCIM Institute (www.ccim.com), one of the most coveted and recognized industry achievements, and has served in numerous leadership positions within the Institute, Foundation and local chapter. At the national level, he serves on the Finance Committee of the Institute, Treasurer of the CCIM Education Foundation and committee co-chair of the Real Estate Gifting program. He earned a MBA in real estate finance and urban planning from UCLA-Anderson School of Management and a BBA from Loyola University at Los Angeles.
