Under general supervision, Pharmacy Benefit Analysts analyze customer requests for new benefit set up or benefit changes to determine the most appropriate solution for implementing in the Argus system. They implement the solution identified and/or facilitate implementation of the solution according to established procedures and timeframes. Pharmacy Benefit Analysts validate and test solutions and facilitate customer acceptance testing. Pharmacy Benefit Analysts maintain customer-specific benefit and procedure documentation. They research and resolve benefit-related customer issues. Pharmacy Benefit Analysts maintain ongoing, positive relationships with customers.

CiT involved creating a common process to perform internal billing. Participated in the development of a traffic mediation system. The process is responsible for receiving a charge file from an external or internal customer to perform validation of that data. Further analysis was required to transition from Kabira. This effort included analysis and authoring the appropriate documents for development personnel to implement changes.Duties included receiving requirements from a Project Manager and following those requirements through the SDLC. Producing all required documents, code, testing, and reviews on time. Supported System and User Acceptance Testing, by answering questions and investigated defects. Created new documents/templates when needed and reviewed those documents with a Project Manager and Technical Lead.

IXplus is a telecommunications platform used for customer care, rating, billing and invoicing. Worked on the IXplus rating and billing process. Creating or updating new features at the client request.Duties included receiving requirements from a Release Manager and following those requirements through the SDLC process. Producing all required documents, code, testing, and reviews on time. Supported System and User Acceptance Testing, by answering questions and investigated defeats. In addition to release work, performed on-call duties on rotation. The on-call responsibilities included situation management and fact gathering for the customer.

Duties included assisting traveling customers with reservations after their main travel agency has closed. Documenting the reservation so that the main travel agency knew what happened.Created and/or maintained passenger travel records on Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan, and Shares.
