Mr. Griffith is a seasoned corporate leader and financial executive with extensive global experience in international collections, complex financial advisory transactions, project finance, federal government contracting, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, corporate lending, real estate development, and public-private partnerships. Mr. Griffith has been providing financial analysis support to public and private sector clients for over 37 years. His career includes over 14 years as a regional banker, coupled with an additional 18 years assisting clients in obtaining capital and in a broad range of financial transactions. These transactions included underwriting of commercial debt and leases, managing private placement offerings, obtaining participating debt financing for clients, coordinating the analysis and due diligence of the sale and purchases of several businesses for clients, served as chief financial officer, restructured domestic and international debt, used financial modeling and forecasting in the valuation of private businesses, and conducted three special studies on behalf of the State of Ohio. His expertise includes credit analysis, interpretation of financial data, project management in brownfield real estate development, origination and management of loan and equity financing, strategic planning, grant writing and business plan packaging.
