Account Relationship Manager
Current• Establishes and maintains good working relationships with Top Marketplace sellers and Brands within the Sports, Travel and Motors Category.• Handles and prepares status reports on multiple accounts quarterly, focusing on their: Availability, Traffic and Conversion metrics while continuously creating strategies for clients to help their shop grow month-on-month through targeted forward plans. • Communicates the following business metrics to external stakeholders: Price/Promotion, Assortment, Stocks, Exposure, and Operations while ensuring good ADO and ADGMV targets alongside maintaining good business relationships with them.
