Reviewed business conduct investigative practices, internal controls, ethics & compliance and risk management programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws, industry regulations, contractual requirements and company policies/SOPs.Evaluated procedures to identify deficiencies and develop process improvements to mitigate risks and liabilities. Guided Employee Relations, management and employees on policies and conflicts of interest matters. Collaborated with cross-functional partners including Employee Relations, HR, General Counsel, Internal Audit, Finance, IT and Security on sensitive/confidential investigations. Determined findings, identified root causes, gaps in controls and recommended corrective action.

Led complex criminal investigations involving bribery, corruption, fraud, financial crimes and theft. Conducted risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. Oversaw all administrative and operational activities.

Office of Professional Responsibility:During my assignment to OPR Headquarters, I held multiple positions with increased scope and responsibilities. Led inspection teams on reviews of investigative field offices to ensure operational procedures are executed properly and in compliance with agency policies/SOPs. Identified deficiencies, established corrective action plans and process improvements. Applied performance metrics to measure the production and efficiency of investigative field offices for alignment with organizational goals and resource allocation. Team member who restructured the internal investigative training program at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, and served as an instructor. Developed ethics and anti-corruption training/awareness material and investigative guidelines/policies/SOPs.
