I am a 40 year old graduate of the University of Denver’s Library & Information Science program. I have worked in libraries for over ten years, and have created libguides, written proposals for BIBFRAME integration with library catalogs, and have assisted with grant writing. These accomplishments demonstrate my commitment, organization and creativity. I am highly proficient with database research and assisting others with navigating those same databases, including recommending search terms and refining the results to achieve the most relevant results. I have been interested in library and information science for most of my life and have over a decade of service in the field. I will complete my master's degree very shortly, and am looking for a professional level librarian or information services position that will challenge me and allow me to make a significant contribution to the field.
