NMSDC Second Tier Task Force: Facilitated the only two meetings of this Task Force in 1998 and 2004, which developed best practices and guidelines for the management and reporting.MMSDC Joint Venture Task Force: 2015-2016, worked closely with Michelle Sourie Robinson, Present and CEO of the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council and a task force of leading program managers and lawyers to develop guidelines and best practices for MBEs and corporations entering into joint ventures. The Task Force Report was shared throughout the NMSDC network.NMSDC Training Missions to The Republic of South Africa – 1995 and 1996: Ralph Moore participated in two USAID funded training missions led by Harriet Michel. Each trip consisted of 7-8 minority business stakeholders and produced a lasting impact on the country and those of us on the mission.
