Prior to joining Celadon, I was President and CEO of RJL Capital Group, LLC, a boutique broker dealer firm that I founded and grew to be a recognized name in the mini-prime space. I am also the President and Founder of Mezzoware Systems, LLC, a fintech software development company that specializes in post-trade processing and analytical applications.
