Before his tenure at 19six, Ralph was a co-founder and CEO of MADI Group, a design studio in Northern California that specialized in educational planning and creating high-performance buildings and interiors since its inception in 2005. The acquisition of MADI Group by 19six in 2020 was a strategic move to broaden the firm's educational sector footprint and strengthen its presence in the Northern California market.Ralph is deeply invested in the communities where he lives and works. He serves on the Bond Oversight Committee for the Santa Cruz City Schools and is an active member of the Coalition for Adequate School Housing, which focuses on workforce housing solutions for educators.
