In his current position of President & CEO, Ralph has overall responsibility for the direction, management, and performance of NCB’s portfolio acquisition, agency management and call center operations. Ralph graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cabrini College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management & Finance.
