I went to college at the University of Dayton and it was there I met my wife, Kathy. Here we are, College Sweethearts, still together after all these years. Soon after, Kathy and I moved to Kentucky. Having a Degree in Chemical Engineering Technology, I was working as a sales engineer for Processing Equipment Company. Our company represented over 46 different companies and my job was to go in, find the problem and fix it. It was enormously satisfying as I am a problem-solver at heart. While living there, my Father-in-Law, gave us a call and asked us to come back and be a part of the family business Kinzeler Realty that his father started before him. This was 1986. We jumped at the chance and moved back to the Dayton area to raise our family and be a part of the the family business. It was then that we started our Real Estate careers. We became ingratiated in the community with our children and business. After my Father-in-Law passed away, we kept the company name and I became the Broker/Owner continuing the family legacy. I love this business. I know others in the Real Estate business say that they love helping people create their dream, but for me, that's the truth. I am honored to be part of my Clients buying and selling of their largest asset. I like giving back so I get involved in the community as well as at the local, state and national associations of Realtors. Being recognized by my peers as the Ohio Realtor of the year in 2018In 2015 I was elected as President of Dayton Area Board of Realtors. This was not a position I took lightly. I oversaw our board of Directors and represented our Association at the local, state and national levels both of which were immensely gratifying. Our three sons are now grown and we have been blessed with our oldest living in the area with 3 sons of his own and his wife, our middle son lives in SC and is in the Army Reserves while the youngest son lives an hour away with his wife and our granddaughter . At this point in time, I am going back to my love of being involved in more local and state Associations and Community organizations. I look forward to sharing my decades of life in and around Dayton and the Greater Miami area with you.
