I joined Menzies LLP in 1983 qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989. I was promoted to partner 1995 specialising in audit and advisory services to owner managed businesses and professional partnershipsI joined the firm's Corporate Finance team in 2000 completing Due Diligence work for major banks and advising in respect of acquisition, disposals and management buy-outs. I hold the Corporate Finance Qualification of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.In 2009 I moved to Menzies new London Office and became the firm London HLB International contact partner.I currently am Head of Menzies Property and Construction team Specialties: - audit and accountancy - tax mitigation and remuneration planning - business strategy and exit planing - Advising International businesses establishing in the UK and UK businesses trading abroad. - Property investment and development businesses as well as related property professionals such as Architects, surveyors and engineers
