Nomu is a Venture studio, investing and operating in category-defining ventures at Seed and Series A. Championed bringing in a diverse portfolio of founders to NOMU to assist in building out their companies. Secured funds with initial investors, closing out two separate rounds for the studio and one exit (acquisition).• Engineered NOMU Ventures from inception, recruiting and training people on company culture, governance, etc. Expanded core studio team of EIRs, product, engineering, growth, and technology.• Launched 12 start-ups with 2 successfully graduating out the studio• Secured a JV with a government entity and a conglomerate in KSA. The latter being Toyota - digitizing their leasing practice by building a platform to help customers transact out of a car lease.• Exited Jumlaty to which I was co-founder - acquired to Appetito group

Responsible for taking OLX digital offerings offline by designing and implementing complementary verticals to support the main classified business of the group - Cash My Car was one of the two verticals. I designed, validated, and launched the latter instant car selling platform, complementing OLX's core marketplace. • Forged relationships with and onboarded 50+ car dealerships to the platform. Strategized and developed a backend to structure the whole operation, including design of inspection facility, logistics and a team to run it. • Established $600K USD in GMV within 5 months with zero marketing spend.• I later modeled the framework and implemented it at Adbul Latfi Jameel [Toyota] in KSA and led the merger between them and OLX. This initiative fully digitized all aspects of the second-hand car division of Adbul Latif Jameel to date.

Founded in Beirut, an on-demand car-care service startup to help people with the pains of waiting at gas stations and garages to service their car. The startup grew rapidly with healthy unit economics and expanded into markets 3 markets.• Structured supply operation from inception inclusive of a geo-fenced and localized product line, dispatching system with flexible working hours and performance-based incentive schemes.• Transitioned company from 0 to 5000 monthly recurrent users while maintaining healthy unit economics. Double down on growth-hacking and lean acquisition GTM, which included an in house produced one-minute production video that generated half-million views and 5x the user base• Raised $500K USD in seed funding and later $1.2MM in Pre-Series A round for expansion into new markets

• Restructured a twenty-year old losing business, design audio systems/solutions, and transformed it into a profitable one, hiring and managing a team of 100+ people. • Launched operations across Qatar and UAE; captured market share by 25% within two years.
