Under Ralph Pepe's management, the retailer has come to be known for its welcoming atmosphere as well as its wide selection.Complementing the above, Ralph Pepe leads the Concordia Holding Corporation, a real estate development firm based in the same city. Through the business, he helped construct the Talleyville Towne Shoppes commercial center, which he manages to this day in conjunction with his wife.
