Vice President Of Product
Current- Work directly with sales, technology, customer success, and professional service peers, c-level executives and potential partners to identify opportunities and define platform demands and partner integrations to drive increasing performance of a best in class digital ecosystem- Respond to opportunities, articulate the unique value proposition of Sparkfly’s full platform and connective intelligent middleware integrations to power a best-in-class technology stack- Identify and work with potential partners to design partner integrations that extend the reach and capabilities of Sparkfly into broader partner applications and delivery - Support creation of Sparkfly and/or partner proposals and product requirements and manage requirements from ideation to roadmap to launch- Ensure teams are aligned on product value, vision, strategy, priorities, and success criteria- Communicate work status of program and align with other delivery teams- Work with senior management and engineering peers to help create product strategies and roadmaps- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, Customer Support, and other Product teams to drive cross-functional outcomes- Oversee partner and ecosystem integrations, definition, and ongoing program maintenance- Work with development teams to design, define, and build partner integrations and infrastructure- Define, track, and evaluate success of key metrics to determine product health, usage, and impact on our end users- Understand current and future market opportunities to ensure we’re building the right things now and going forward- Define, plan, and document how the platform and partner integrations work together- SME for the Sparkfly rewards program including partner integrations and contribute that knowledge to the combined success of the organization
