In addition to the finance function I was responsible for the credit operations, product, engineering and people operations teams. Next to the allocation and steering of companies financial resources I successfully coordinated the Series A and Series B financing rounds, the profitable sale of a joint venture and the acquisition and merger of a Bafin regulated wealth management company. I played the leading role in designing and implementing a number of core businesses processes, including the E2E credit process. I also managed the relationship with lawmakers and regulators, serving on the boards of two industry associations.
